i am having problems with my galaxy wiper they touch eachothers?

i just like to ask if anyone can help me sorting the wipers on my galaxy, after taken my car to a garage I been told that I provably need a new mechanism, I got a new one but I every time I try to balance the wipers I keep failing and I am so frustrated that im thinking in selling the galaxy ( only purchased 5 weeks ago )
