how can i i raise low water pressure on ferroli boiler he26?

i have a ferroli he 26 boiler. f37 displayed on screen how do i rectify .do i adjust blue valves or black.

under boiler open two valves both black one with liver other round nob or simple go on line type your boiler on page 5 its given detail how to fill or refer to manual ,liver type make it straight and round anti clock to open
