Can not move defuser down?

I have removed the back and manually tried to move the motor. This is moving but the defuser is not moving.what can I do now?

I think it's the infuser that's stuck - push - pull or more likely turn it.

You fail to mention the make & model of your machine or why you're trying to dismantle it.
