Mend GE JVM7195SKES Ge Shorted Out

GE microwave shorted out?

i was replacing a light bulb under the microwave and it shorted across the two leads and now the microwave will not power up. I have tried unplugging and then plugging back in again with no luck. there is power to the outlet.
any suggestions what may have happened
