I cannot get the filler cap off it just goes round and round ,this has happened once before but i did manage to get it off but this time i've spent over an hour without success
where can i purchace a new cap for my little yellow steam mop

Nobody knows what you are trying to get the cap off??????????Is it a car,a motorcycle,a lawn mower,DOH! Try pushing down on it as you turn it,some caps work like that.
