Identify this panel from the 90's?

Engineers of UK..
I,ve seen most things but this one has got me confused,so I need your extensive experience to identify this old panel.
I need to crash and reprogramme..not been used for some time.
Marking on front identifies the panel as PREMIER.
Metal box,membrane keypad on board,not unlike the 9200 Scanny,
Numerals on left hand side..1 to 5 with 6 to 0 directly below
Each numeral with function as follows..1/set 2/omit 3/rearm...6/mut 7/code 8/eng
LED Down right side..including Day/Test..Call engineer and zones 1 to 4 to finish

Anybody remember this one from the 90,s ??

Install Manual or Defaults would be helpful
