Mend Bosch HBN 435AGB Oven Repair

How can I fix my Bosch Oven HBN 435agb?

I have a Bosch double oven. It was bought in June 2000. The lower oven is a fan-oven. The elements around the fan are heating up, perfectly. However, the fan does not turn or, at least, it turns very slowly if you give it a help (I removed its covering plate, inside the oven).
