Mend Problem Engine Coming

light on management problem when I coast down hill and touch the throttle ?

my engine management light is coming on when I coast down a hill and touch the throttle at the bottom to give it reves but it runs very rough and over reves until I switch it off and restart it and it runs ok but light still on

checked this yesterday, and run engine with light still on then tapped the throttle sensor box on top of throttle and engine management light went out
