Mend Bosch DHE635BGB/01 Switches Switch

Replacing switches on a Bosch extractor fan - model no. DHE635BGB/01?

I've purchased a new switch set which looks like a plug and play item but I'd like to know how the faulty one is removed from the face of the hood. Is it simply prized off or do you gain access from the back as there appears no way in.
