Mend Hygena APL8224

Hygena APL 8224 White?

The detergent compartment flap (lid) does not close at all. Therefore when you fill with detergent in horizontal position of door and try to close door the detergent comes out. Normally the door should open during the wash cycle.
I am not sure whats wrong. Particularly cannot see any visual damage.
Any help will be appreciated
