how can i start my car if brake is down(fiesta,2011, ford)?

my car wont start, also lights wouldnt start , so i assumed that it was a battery issue. so i attmepted to charge battery but it was charged. Also my break is locked and down so i cant even push down on the break to attpemt to use the push start button. i feel like this could be a simple fix..help
