Mend Kenwood Fp 530 Broken Belt Replacement

Replacing broken drive belt on a Kenwood Fp 530?

I have acquired the replacement belt and removed the 5 self tapping screws in the Base but the Base will not fully detached from the processor body. How is this achieved?
