warning light ?

Can any one help i have a 53reg 1.4i ford fiesta and the engine warning light keeps coming on with fault code p4020 catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1. i have replaced the cat and the sensor replaced 2 times light is turn off 400 miles later the light is back on with same fault code can any one help please it's driving me mad.
