iveco 75e17 cold running problems ?

hi there i have a iveco 75e17 iveco that has cold running problems i have change the pre fuel filter housing and filter the high pressure diesel pump valve and fuel filter it starts ok but hiccups for the first 5or 10 mins till its warm
