astra convertible roof problem?

I have an astra convertible on an 06 plate, the roof has stoped working on it and it just bleeps whenever it is unlocked, locked, ignition is put on, handbrake taken off, and roof button is pressed but nothing else happens the boot also wont work on the central locking and this happened exactly the same time so think it is probably conected
