Mend Italjet 50 Runs Fine Tickover

misfiring?

My Italjet 50 runs fine on tickover but misfires when opening the throttle.Stripped the carb and no better.Changed plug.Adjusted mixture screw.Tried new spark plug cap.Any ideas???
