Mend Triton T90xr Shower Pressure Bathroom

How do i fix my Triton T90xr shower?

After 3-4 minutes the shower looses pressure and starts to make rumbling noises. If the shower is stopped. It is fine again for a few minutes but again looses pressure and starts to make rumbling sounds and looses more pressure.
