help! how can i fix my noisy zanussi washing machine?

how can i fix my noisy zanussi washing machine Zwf1210. Makes a terrible noise when spinning,sounds like there is money caught in the drum. machine is only 2 yrs old. taken the top off but completely lost on how to get to drum.

debbie check the drum for up & down movement if so the bearings have gone (not cheap)

sounds more like bearing failure
