Mend Glow-worm 30CI Glowworm Boiler Water

how can i fix my Glow-worm 30ci boiler?

the glowworm 30ci boiler is 3 years old and we have no heating and hot water and the boiler is flashing F9 we have replaced the pcb board and the thermistor and still it is not working
