how can I start my 2001 ford escape?

I've checked everything under the sun, got a new fuel filter, my fuel pump works, battery works all hoses look good, and put new plugs in car turns over good but won't start my thinking is its probably the security system how can I reset the security system or is disarm it all together there's got to be a way.
