Mend Countax C300H 2nd Going Fine

how can i fix my countax c300h?

I bought a 2nd hand countax c300h seems to be going fine until I try to go up the slightest slope it crawls to a stop engine keeps running just can't get up the slope. Is this something I can fix or is it serious?
