how can i change a upvc door lock?

with the door keys how hard is it to change the lock barrel?

Couldn't be easier!
Look on the side of the door and you will see a screw at the same height as the barrell. Undo this (it may be 50mm long) and remove.
Use your key to move the lock into a certain position and it will slide out of the door - front or back.
If you are changing, make sure ALL sizes are the same.
