Mend Piaggio NRG MC3 Extreem Moped Start Time

I have a piaggio nrg mc3 extreem it's luiqid called, backfire?

My moped will start every now and then, but most the time it dosnt, but when it starts it will tick over fine but just back fire and smoke loads when you aacccelarte, and won't move anywhere!! Help pleaseeeeee!!!,
