hello Justin, what you need to do is weigh your wagon unladen some scrap yards will do this, so empty out all the interior bits you do not want... you will then how much it weighs...get a ticket with ya reg no and weight from them.. then look up sv tech online and they will do the rest...after that you will need to notify the dvla of the down plating....you will only be able to do this when you receive your new vin with gvw gross vehicle weight
