Mend Beko wm6123w Washing Machine Drum Filter

My Beko wm6123w washer just fills up with water?

Hi. My Beko washer wm6123w fills up with water right to the top of the drum then cuts out. If I click start again it keeps filling up until it's coming out of the powder drawer. I've removed filter and done the reset I found on YouTube. Any help would be appreciated.
