i have ford fiesta 53 plate beeen hicking in certain gears for a little while now wont start any ideas

do you mean misfiring? Is it a petrol/diesel? What engine is in it? If it`s a petrol check spark plugs/leads and coil pack but a lack of information doesn`t help.
