How can I repair my watch ?

How can I get my watch repaired. It is a cheap watch I bought on holiday but it's new. The second hand keeps sticking. It loses hours of time. I was hoping it was the battery but it does go for a while when I tap the glass.

So, you bought a "cheap" watch on holiday, it loses time, but goes when you tap the glass. Guess it wasn't that cheap after all, if it doesn't work. If a cheap deal seems to good to be true, it isn't, as you've found out. Bin it and buy a new watch from a reputable dealer, simples!
