Hotpoint Aqualtisis AQ9L not filling up with water?

Have hotpoint aqualtis aq9l 9kg washing machine. Sounds like its about to start the cycle but then doesn't fill up & can hear a slight 'whirring' noise.....help!!! 😢

Sounds like a main module fault. You need to change the main module in the back of the machine. We stock it at £50.28 + £6 postage (exchange). This is ready programmed for your model number. To order, call us on 01159652118.
First, go to our site at www.emwelec.co.uk and search mk6 and mk9 to determine which yours is. You will still have the option of returning the module within 14 days for a refund (less our handling of £12) if it does not sort out the problem. Tony EMW Electronics
