Mend Kenmore 385.17124 Needle Move Sewing Machine

Kenmore 385.17124 needle wont move side to side?

My sewing machine needle won't move side to side to accomplish a zigzag stitch (or any other requiring needle to move side to side). I can manually push the needle arm, therefore it is not stuck in one place. I oiled and cleaned my machine... I just don't know what step to do next.
