Hi hope someone can help. We bought a reconditioned aquarius about 2 years ago and have had no problems apart from the door hinges which was easy enough to fix. But in the last couple of days its started to play up. It seems to go through itys cycle and then get to rinse then stop. It seems to wash ok but wont rinse or spin. We cant say we pay that much attention to it normally but it seems like it is skipping past a cycle though cant be sure.
hi dont think it can skip,you need to clean out the pump housing, the only way to do this is power off remove the back take off the pump and clean out,if you dont get any joy then remove the bottom hose theres a filter inside that gets blocked
