I want to fix please Error code 37 blocked pump Intutive Eco washing machin?

Bail out by hand as much water as you can to lighten the machine. Turn power off. Pull machine forward and tip it back against a wall as far as you can. Look underneath on front right corner of bowel & locate the drain pump. Try turning the fan blade on the pump back & forward and see if it comes free. If it does, stand machine up & put it on final spin & see if the pump keeps running. If it stops & hums again then the pump will have to come out to clear the blockage. Post back here & I will guide you through the removal procedure if needed.
