Why does my white knight tumbler not heat up?

Hi vanesssa , it would be that unusual model, all the normal size machines have the reset button on the rear panel as described. Anyway it will still have a reset button, if you can locate the element housing it will have a black thermostat on it with a little red button on it push this button till it clicks. then try again, if not this it could be the element ,thermostats or timer contact but it would need an electric meter and knowledge to check these. make sure you unplug the machine before removing any panels. I would think the reset stat would be behind the back panel. Cheers

It's one of the small 3kg white Knight dryers, it has no reset button on the outside.

No you should see it sticking out of the back panel about 6 inches down from top right corner if we talking about the same model, if you can't find it give us your model no so we know which machine you have. Cheers

Thank you now I see these replies, I can't see a little red button, do I have to take the back panel off to see it?

Firstly look on the back of the machine at the top right of the back panel you should see a little red reset button, push this till it clicks, if the heat comes back on, clean out the door filter and condenser if you have one.If this does not work come back for more info. Cheers
