Screwing into outside of motorhome?

The screws holding my reversing camera in place have become loose. I cannot use bigger self-tapping screws. What is the best way to make the screws secure. Is there something like a rawlplug for a motorhome skin. Is it also advisable to seal around the hole with a caulking material and if so what would you recommend>
