Mend Worcester Highflow 400 Heating Pressure System

how can I release pressure on the worcester highflow 400 electronic?

how can I release pressure on the worcester highflow 400 electronic. I topped it up weeks ago but too much (3 bar) It's been dripping out of the overflow ever since but has not dropped any pressure. It needs to be between 2 & 3 as I understand.
Please advise if you know

It should be 1.5 bar ,if you trace the pipe that is dripping back into the boiler there is a valve that you have to twist to operate [it should have a red top]
