Mend Help Set Alarm

Hi, please can anyone help to set up a new code as I don't know the old one?

How can I set up the alarm as I don't know the old code??? I took the battery out but Im scared to put it back incase it stars to bip!!!

Why did you take the battery out to begin with?

Now for the really easy part, the code can be changed by holding down, shorting out, pressing within 6 seconds, accessing the UDL, shorting out two sets of.................
