Mend Ferguson 601 RG Humming Working Fine

Ferguson 601 RG humming noise?

I have had this for 1 day it was working fine then I accidentally left it on and when I got home it was buzzing. I turned it off and the next day still buzzing. Have I burnt something out, I am a novice but can work my way round things, just appreciate some advice
