How do I get the water to drain from my dishlex 300?

The water in the bottom of my machine won't drain out. It was working fine until I stopped it mid cycle then when I went to restart it it wouldn't advance through the cycles and now the water won't drain out. I had the circuit board replaced last year so I don't think it's that. Machine is making a humming sound like it wants to do something. It is a dishlex global 300.
