Engine swap on suzuki gz125?

My bike broke down I check the engine there was some broke metal part on it and I bought new engine from a breakers. But my bike is suzuki gz125 2006 and I bought 04 model mange to connect it up but the electric on the engine doesn't match my 06 model can find diagrame on 06 model does any one know if the 04 model fit the 06 model
