saxo steering column drop?

Hi,
I have removed steering cowling but i cant see the bolts to drop the steering?.
Has anybody got a picture that shows where they are located?

there may not be bolts accessible but there may be shear bolts, all you can maybe see are round domes and no socket will fit, just for security purposes, not done one of these but just a guess, good luck.
