Mend Kenmore 1650 Microwave Fuse Power

How to change fuse?

I have a Kenmore Elite microwave 1650 Watts. I have just moved and somewhere amongst all the boxes is the owner's manuel. The microwave worked fine until this a.m. It suddenly stopped. No power at all. I've checked the outlet and the breaker box. This happened once before and it was a fuse. I had someone to fix it then, but now I'm alone!

It is possibly an internal fuse, in which case get someone in to replace it. A microwave has a high voltage capacitor which in certain circumstances can prove to be very dangerous.
