How do I remove the hinges and replace on Smeg cooker A1A-2?

there should be a locking device on the hinge, usually if you open the door fully there should be either a little bridge piece that you pull fully back or hook onto the underside of the top arm, then when you push the door to shut it will lock the hinge and lift out, sometimes the locking device is a washer on the hinge that you turn to lock.
