how to fix my challenge paper shredder?

my challenge paper shredder model: s213 5 sheet shedder isn't working. the motor is running, but won't accept paper and isn't shredding as a result . how can i fix it?

it may have the same problem as the one I have. The motor is running but shredder is not turning. The gear wheel connecting to the motor drive has several teeth stripped. I have been unable to find replacement gear box parts so will scrap.
