Mend Gilera RCR Works Minutes Light

How can I fix my gilera rcr?

My gilera rcr works but after riding it for about 1-2 minutes the headlight and rear light goes very dim and doesn't light up the road and the indicators stop working and the brake light doesn't work as well and every time it does it and it blows a fuse every time as well .

Any solutions???

Dim light usually lose dirty earth.
Fuse blowing could be the live side of the brake light earthing ie: touching the frame.
