Worcester Heatslave noisy bang when turning on hot water?

Hi Have a Worcester/Bosch Heatslave Oil combi boiler. When I turn on any hot water tap in the house there is a nasty vibrating bang that travels through all the pipe work in the house.
I believe this is the Diverter valve in the boiler.
Can any one confirm or suggest what this might be?
