Mend Citroen C3 Headlight Unit

Headlight Moisture?

I have a Citroen C3 (2003).
My headlight moisture is a real pain, I changed the complete unit, but there seems to be moisture making through, and causing the bulbs to fuse regularly.

Is there a way to fix this problem? Please advise.
