Liebherr freezer making noise ?

my freezer (part of a combination side by side appliance is making a loud whirring noise when door is closed for the las few days
noise stops when I open the door
any suggestions?

circulation fan catching.Could be due to ice build up or worse.Defrosting manually for 24hrs and restarting it might solve the issue if it is an ice issue
