Where is the central locking module?

I have a mk1 Ford Focus(lefthand drive) and want to reset the central locking by unplugging it, I have been told it is in the footwell near the A pillar and has a blue and green plug, not in my car, there are only two plugs and not into the type of module for central locking, one is brown the other black, any ideas.
