What is problem?

my beko 745W is sopping in middle of the washing and than i have to press on/off switch again. I think, under the on/off switch plastic loose flexibility and than brain is not responding to start or wash. What is my machine problem, what I need to do it and how can I do it. Let me know.Thanks.
