I can't get my alarm to work?

we all have a lot going on at this time of year ,but you ask a question and we reply,and the very least is we like to have a response e give our time freely

Sorry I have been away from home and only now having a chance to get to a pc. I wasn't being ignorant just had a lot going on. Thank you for the response. It is a citadel alarm I was meant to put that info in my first message again sorry it was an error on my part as I have a few things going wrong in the house at the moment and I have a lot to sort I forgot to mention the alarm type.

I think I will have to call out the alarm company as the stand by battery was only replaced around 6 months ago.

tell you what call an alarm company out to fix your system since you don't have the manners to reply to us,dont bother to come to this site again

you see the more info you give us the more we can help not telling us the type of alarm panel you have is very unhelpfull

the standby battery has had it,replace it but turn mains power off before you open the control panel the make or type of the alarm would help,
