Kelvinator dishwasher kd14ss buttons not working?

Had the same problem and just by trying different things I stumbled across something that worked for me.

With the Unit turn off, press and hold the Program button. While still holding the Program Button , switch unit on ( press power button) . Hold Program button down the whole time until you hear a beep and see the display light up All the lights. Switch Unit off (Power Button) and it should be fixed. Hope it works , as i cant guarantee that is what did the trick
